It whisked up smooth with a nice, fine foam — no clumps at all, which isn't always the case with matcha. That gentle, calm focus kicked in about 20 minutes later and lasted through my whole afternoon of admin work. The 60g pouch has held up well, too.
The pouch is the perfect size for daily use, and the matcha itself is so finely milled that it whisks up creamy with just a few stirs. I’ve been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and the calm, steady focus it gives me is exactly what I needed.
The color is such a deep, vivid green when whisked—it practically glows in the cup. I love that this 60g pouch lasts a while, and the calm focus it gives me in the afternoon beats my usual coffee slump every single time.
