Rheal Hydration sachets + Creatine - เลมอนและไลม์ - 7 ซอง

The lemon-lime flavor is genuinely refreshing without that chalky aftertaste I usually get from creatine, and it dissolves completely in my water bottle with just a quick shake. I've been adding it to my morning routine before workouts and it's become the easiest part of my day.

Took a few of these on a hot hike and the lemon-lime taste was crisp without being too sweet. The creatine mix dissolved cleanly with no gritty texture, which I wasn’t expecting from a sachet. Now it’s my go-to for post-workout rehydration.

The lemon and lime flavor is genuinely refreshing, not artificial-tasting, and it dissolves cleanly in my water without any gritty residue. I've been adding it to my morning bottle and notice I actually remember to drink more water throughout the day.
