Magnesium Bisglycinate is usually chalky, but these capsules go down easy and don't upset my stomach. I've noticed I'm actually staying asleep through the night instead of waking up at 3 a.m.
I wake up feeling genuinely refreshed now, which was rare before trying these. The addition of Affron® Saffron seems to help me relax faster than just plain magnesium alone.
I've been taking these about an hour before bed and the magnesium bisglycinate seems to work better than other forms I've tried—I'm waking up feeling more rested without that groggy aftertaste.
